Q. What are Clip in Hair Extensions?

A. If you are looking for a quick Do It Yourself hair extension system with no long-term bonding, then you have found it. Clip-In Hair Extensions are easy to attach and can be perfectly matched with your own hair - giving you longer hair, lowlights, highlights, or added volume. All clip?in hair extensions come in one or multiple pieces (wefts) of varying widths. These extensions can be clipped?in or out in minutes and are virtually undetectable. Just Do it yourself "clip-in" extensions save you time and money! It's quick and easy!

Q. How are they attached to my own hair?

A. They clip under your own hair by small snap on clips. The clips we use are all quality clips with a silicone insert so they will not slip and are extremely secure. Once fitted you will not be able to see the clips.

Q: How long do the extensions take to put in?

A: They clip in with little snap clips with combs on that are invisible once you've got them in. With practice, they should take 5 minutes to put in & about 60 seconds to take out! Don?t worry you will get detailed instructions with you set about how to put on these extensions.

Q. How long does my own hair need to be to use clip in extensions?

A. Different people have differing opinions but as a general rule we find as long as you have shoulder length hair or slightly short hair you should be okay.

Q. How long do the extensions last?

A: The extensions are human hair, so they last as long as you want them to. If you look after your hair it is not uncommon for quality extensions to last up to twelve months. If not treated with respect they will need to be replaced every three to six months. The more you look after them the longer they will last.

Q. What type of Hair is used in Extensions?

A. We used 100% Human Hair in our Extensions. Nothing beats the versatility of human hair extensions. Human hair, unlike synthetic hair can be straightened with a flat iron, curled with heat, or chemically treated to perm or dye the hair. Thin and fine hair becomes full and thicker. Short hair transforms to long, luxurious hair. We guarantee that the hair we sell is 100% Natural Human hair.

Q Is your hair Remi, and what is the difference from other hair?

A. Yes, we use Remi Hair in our extensions. The term 'Remi'/ Remy means 'Cuticle correct'. This means that only the finest virgin (Untreated & not previously coloured) hair is used. The hair differs from normal 'Silky' hair that?s available on sale, because it is hand picked & aligned so that every single strand runs in the same direction that it grows from the scalp. This ensures that the cuticle on each hair is running the same way (downwards), in order to keep the hair shiny, soft & truly tangle free. After picking & aligning, the hair goes through a gentle; but very complicated treatment process, to colour, straighten or wave the hair in the best way. ?Silky' hair has the cuticle removed; whereas 'Remi' hair has the cuticle still intact. So although 'silky' hair is still fabulous for extensions, 'Remi' has a shine like no other & will not matt or tangle when worn for long periods..

Q. What about clips?

A. We use metal clips with silicon tubing for secure grip. They weight less than

One gram each and just one inch wide so they are very easy to hide and the total weight of clips is a small fraction of hair weight.

Care and Usage

Q. Can they be straightened, curled or tongued?

A. Yes, simply because it?s real human hair you can straighten and curl the hair. This actually is a test in itself to know if you are not being sold a synthetic product.

Q. Can I shampoo them and how often should I do that?

A. Wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. Nothing fancy.

Q. Can I dry the hair with a hair dryer or use tongs?

A. Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a hair dryer or tongs, even when fitted. But as with your own hair, never use a hairdryer or tongs too hot. You will dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Q. Can I colour the hair?

A. Yes. The hair can be coloured. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. But blonde hair has been bleached more so more caution must be taken. Always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Type of Products and their suitability

Q. What is the difference between Highlights Pack & Full Head Set?

A. To put simply the difference is quantity of hair that you get.

Highlights Pack

There are 8 streaks in this set. Each is 2 inch wide, so you get total 16 inch of width.

Streaks are used to add a splash of colour to your hair or small volume addition.

Full Head Set

This is our most popular set and it is mainly suitable for medium to fine hair. It has got 8 pieces of varying width. The total width of pieces is 40 inches and there are total 18 clips used in this set. If you need more volume we suggest buying highlights set to top up the amount of hair or if you have thick hair go for our Double Wefted/Volume set.
 

Q. What is the DIY set for?

A. Lots of our customers want to prepare their own extensions, meaning they want to cut pieces in sizes different to our normal sets, or want to attach more clips to pieces. This set is specifically designed for them. Clips are not attached and you get a large hair weft piece and clips separately. If you have never tried preparing your extensions before, we suggest you go for the ready to wear sets.

Q. I have got thick hair what should I buy?

A. For customers with thick hair, we have specifically designed the volume set. Two wefts sewn on top of each other in every piece thus giving double volume with same number of clips. The clips are as secure as with single wefts.

Q. When will I get my item?

A. All items are shipped within 1 to 2 working days of receiving payment. As a general rule, when you have made payment following guide should be used to expect delivery.

WORLDWIDE- 7 to 10 working days
 

Q. What shipping method do you use?

A. We use Royal Mail as our courier. Within UK items are shipped via FIRST CLASS RECORDED DELIVERY. Whereas international items are shipped via ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR SERVICE. In both cases a signature is required to receive the item, so someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item.
 

Q. What if I want NEXT DAY DELIVERY (For UK only)?

Q. Can I exchange the item if its wrong colour?

A. We will happily exchange your item if it?s not the right colour. We understand that choosing colour from computer screen is not an easy job.
 

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. In the event that you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 10 days. Refunds are for the product price at time of purchase only and postage is non refundable. For any return or exchange, no part of the packaging should be removed or damaged. For hygiene reasons we can only offer refunds/exchanges on hair products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
